• If you book any resort from our website if it get sold out we will provide you similar resort or refund your amount.
• These Rates are not valid on New Year,Christmas,Public Holidays,Festivals or long weekends.You need to cantact our representatives for rates.
• Check-In time is 1:00 PM TO 2PM and Check-Out Time is 10 AM To 11 AM.
• Early Checkin In any hotel or resort is subject to availability. We cannnot gaurantee early checkins.
• If Guest skip any meal at resort due to any reasons the meal will not adjust at another day or time and amount also non- refundable and not adjusted.
• Many resorts have dynamic rates change on daily basis depends on occupancy in resort, So for best best updated rates and discounts kindly call us.
• From 1st April to 30 June consider as peak season resorts increase their rates so resort rates mentioned on our website might be on higherside.
• Jeep Safari & other oudoor activities charges not included in above mentioned charges.
• All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).
• Pets are allowed but in pet friendly resorts only on chargeble basis by following conditions of resorts.
• Personal Bonfire will be on the extra chargeable basis.
• Room Heater will cost extra on the per day charges, which guest have to pay separately. 
• Any Damage in resort premise by client has to bear extra cost.
• Use of swimming pool and and recreational activities is guided by resort manager.Swimming costumes is compulsory & has to be taken from resort at extra cost.
• If any guest needs GST bill they need to inform us at the time of booking only.
