The ride starts from the elephant ride point in Dhikuli and heads into the buffer forest around Corbett. Sal trees, birdsong and fresh pugmarks on the trail — the forest feels very different when you move through it slowly and quietly.
Part of the ride follows the edge of the Kosi river, with views of the picturesque valleys of Corbett. The riverbank is a good place to watch birds and animals that come down to the water.
