Terms & Conditons For Hotel & Resort

• Reservation can be done online or at reception (Depends on availability)

• If the room at resort get sold out at the time of booking we will provide you similar resort or refund your amount.

•  Room rates mentioned on our website is base or deluxe room category, higher room category have higher rates that we give separately to guest.

• Check-In time is 1:00 PM to 2 pm and Check-Out Time is  10 am to 11 am for all resorts.

• Early Checkin In any hotel or resort is subject to availability. We cannnot gaurantee early checkins.

• Above Rates are not valid on New Year,Christmas,Public Holidays,Festivals or extented weekend.You need to cantact our representatives for best offer & rates.

• From 1st April to 30 June consider as peak season resorts increase their rates so resort rates mentioned on our website might be on higherside.

• Jeep Safari & other oudoor activities charges not included in above mentioned charges.

• All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).

• Pets are allowed but in pet friendly resorts only on chargeble basis by following conditions of resorts.

• Any Damage in resort premise by client has to bear extra cost.

• Use of swimming pool and and recreational activities is guided by resort manager.Swimming costumes is compulsory & has to be taken from resort at extra cost.

• Once the booking is done, meal plan can not be changed.

• The meal amount will not be refunded and will be adjusted in the booking price if clients miss any of the meals included in the meal plan for whatever reason (arriving late, safari, activities, ride, etc.).

• If any guest needs GST bill they need to inform us at the time of booking, then only can able to provide gst bill at checkout.

In case of peak season - weekends or weekdays (Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year) hotel bookings separate cancellation policy is applicable. Depends on hotels.The charges mentioned for hotels and safari in our website might be different on extended weekend & public holidays.

Child Policy

1. Children below 5 years complimentary with parents

2. Children between 6-12 years will be charged 25% of total package cost.

Guest Policy:

1. Extra adult in the same Cottage will be 35% of the package cost.

Resort Pet Policy :

●      Guests must carry verified vaccination records (complete and up-to-date) and provide upon request.
 Your pet should be house trained.
●    Pets must be appropriately restrained, kept on a leash, and firmly held in public areas, or at any time outside the designated guest room.
●      The Resort is not liable for any damages caused by pets - property damage (inside the room and outside) and personal injuries. The guest is solely responsible for such damages and will be charged commensurate to the cost of any damages.
●     Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant, pool area, spa, gym, and rooms other than the room they are registered under.
●    All equipment for the maintenance and well-being of the pet, like pet food, water bowls, leashes, carriers, and more must be provided by the guest. No resort property, like bathtubs, linen, towels, and utensils, shall be used for the pet.
●      If needed, the guest is more than welcome to request cooked food for the pet at a chargeable basis from Room Service.
●      When on Resort Grounds, the guest is responsible for immediately cleaning up after their pet and properly disposing of their waste in designated disposal bins and areas.
●      Kindly use the ‘PET IN ROOM’ sign whenever the pet is present inside the guest room.
●      Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
●      If pets are left unattended at any point during the stay, the guest must inform the Front Office/ Reception in advance.
●      The guest must arrange a convenient time for the servicing and cleaning of the room - if they choose to avail such services - and must accommodate their pet outside the room during the entirety of the service. Kindly get in touch with the               Housekeeping Department to schedule a time.
●      Pets must be firmly held on when any staff member enters the guests’ room - for Room Service, maintenance, or any other reasons.
●      We reserve the right to ask for the removal of pet(s) from the property, refuse or discontinue services, without refund, if hotel management deems the pet dangerous, disruptive, and/or has been unable to comply with any of these policies.

Terms & Conditions For Tour Packages

• For tour packages 12 pax required or 6 rooms on double sharing basis minimum.

• Tour packages will be customise as per guest requirement, rates subject to change as per date & month of tour.

• Rates may be change due to resorts rates change frequently depends on occupancy.

• In tour packages base category rooms rates mentioned, so same will be provided in hotel and resort.

• Tour packages rates mentioned on our website is as per base category rooms available in hotels & resorts. in case base category sold out then prices of tour packages on higher side depends on room category.

• Forest rest house packages rates may be higher during long weekends or during festive season.

• Rooms category is subject to availability on every resort.

Terms & Conditions For Jungle Safari

• Disclaimer: This website is not affiliated with official Corbett National Park or Corbett Tiger Reserve. This is owned by Private Tour Operator Corbett Big Cats Safari - in Ramnagar which organizes Wildlife Safari Holidays Packages.

• Our Liabilities and Limitations: Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

• We merely act as travel agent doing safari booking, We are not responsible for any damage of loss or any mishapening while you go for safari.

• Mobile phones not allowed inside corbett national park as directed by Supreme Court Of India. So keep your phones at your accomodation or resort.

• Registered jeeps with corbett national park can go inside jungle, which automatically assign from the forest department booking portal.

• Tiger spotting inside the jungle is only the bonus, We do not gaurantee any wildlife spotting inside forest.

• Jeep Safari amount is non- refundable in any scenerio once safari booked and confirmed. which includes entry permit cost, jeep charges, booking charges, road tax etc.

• Being as travel agency our work is only to do safari related arrangements If guest do not satisfiy with the guide or driver service kindly fill the feedback form at the entry gate. We dont accept the negative review related to guide, driver and jeep condition. As all these are not the part of us.

• We accept negative feedback or reviews related to booking process or our sales staff behaviour or if we do any false commitments.

• Safari once booked and confirmed it cannot be reschedule for another day or time.

• Safari once booked the provided names cannot be change, In jeep only 1 extra entry allowed by paying extra entry amount at entry gate. & In Canter Safari booking names cannot be change or any extra entry not allowed.

• Safari & hotel only book and confirmed after receiving advance amount from client.

• All guest going for safari must carry their original govt. id cards , without that no entry permitted.

• Driver maintain atleast 50 meter distance from wildlife to avoid mishapening, Guest also should maintain silence inside jungle so that the wildlife not get disturb.

• We are private tour operator arranging hotels & safari for our guest in jim Corbett.

• Nature Guide are not the part of our Corbett Big cats Safari Team. You have to board them at Safari entry gate and to guide you inside the zone is there duty if they not guide you properly you can do complaint at the entry gate while you exit or email direct to forest department else you can write review in Corbett Park official Google page. Our company will not entertain any negative review on our comapany google business page related to nature guide, If guest write any negative review related to guide on our page they might face legal action.

• Guide fee 1000 INR has to paid by guest directly to guide if not mentioned included.Guide is compulsory for corbett national park safari & Eco tourism Zone Safari.

• Any booking for day visit to Corbett tiger reserve during rainy season 1st June to 14 Nov. is provisional and can cancelled at short notice depend on weather condition, to ensure visitor safety and no refund can be claimed.

Confirmation Policy Hotel & Resort

1. The advance must be received at least 15 days prior to check-in. For bookings made less than 15 days of arrival, the advance must be received within 2 working days of making the reservation or else the reservation will be released automatically.

2. All confirmations are subject to minimum 50% advance deposit received by us prior to the above mentioned period by way of a credit card authorization/ wire transfer/ travel company voucher.

3. Confirmation Voucher is subject to the advance deposit being realized.

1. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.

2. Check-in time is 1:00 PM, Check-out time is 11:00 AM

3. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.

4. In case of booking done by Credit Card the Guest should carry Credit Card or a photocopy.

5. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

6. If need GST bill guest need to inform at the time of booking or 2 days before checkin. If not informed prior we won't be able to provide GST bill.
