D.J. could be arranged ( in basement ) in evening at an extra cost of Rs.5000/- per evening
without floor & Rs.8000/- per evening with floor.
We have a host of indoor & outdoor games like Cricket , Volley ball, Badminton, Table Tennis,
Ludo, Chess, Carrom, Tambola, etc. which are complimentary.
We could arrange Guitarist in the evening @ Rs. 4000/- per evening.
​We do not arrange liquor, but you can carry your own.​
We can get you soda , soft drinks , juices etc.& will charge you as per MENU rates.
 In case LIQUOR will be consumed at public places Licience cost will be Rs. 5000/- per evening.
In case of group of more than 20 people consuming Liquor, Corkage charges of Rs. 500/- per bottle
will be applicable.
Liquor, ​Snacks& DJ timings will be 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm.
Pick and Drop from Ramnagar can be arranged in gypsy. That will cost Rs. 600/- per gypsy per
side and max. 6 people can sit at a time in a gypsy.
 If there is a driver accompanying the guest, his stay will be complimentary. But his food will be
charged @ Rs. 700/- per day. He will be served staff food.
If any payment is done via card, a surcharge of 2% on Debit Card & 3% on Credit card will be
applicable.
As we are located inside the jungle, signals are limited to IDEA, VODAFONE & BSNL only.
Local Sight Seeing can be arranged via Gypsy. This Gypsy can get you to Corbett Fall & Corbett
Museum (Kaladungi) OR Garjia Temple &Dhangari Museum. This will cost you Rs. 3000/- per
gypsy.
Once the SAFARI/ ANY OTHER SERVICE​ is confirmed / committed from Guest's
end. The ​Service​ Amount cannot be Cancelled / Redeemed / Rescheduled / Refunded or
Exchanged in any way.
We never commit for adjacent rooms to any of our Guests at any point of time.​

As per the instructions on MANAGEMENT we can never commit for late check-out or early check
in.
Wi-Fi is available only in Reception Area.
Cycling is available @ Rs. 500/- per cycle for 2 hrs.

Child Policy:

• Children below 5 years complimentary with parents
• Children between 6-12 years will be charged 25% of total package cost.
• Extra Person above 12 Year will be count as adult and 35% of total room cost will charge extra.

Terms and Conditions

• Reservation can be done online or at reception (Depends on availability)
• Above room rates given is basic or deluxe room category, higher room category have higher charges.
• Check-In time is 1:00 PM and Check-Out Time is 11 AM
• Early Checkin In any hotel or resort is subject to availability. We cannnot gaurantee early checkins.
• All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
• Above Rates are not valid on New Year,Christmas,Public Holidays,Festivals or extented weekend.You need to cantact our representatives for best offer & rates.
• From 1st April to 30 June consider as peak season resorts increase their rates so resort rates mentioned on our website might be on higherside.
• Jeep Safari & other oudoor activities charges not included in above mentioned charges.
• All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).
• Pets are allowed but in pet friendly resorts only on chargeble basis by following conditions of resorts.
• Any Damage in resort premise by client has to bear extra cost.
• Use of swimming pool and and recreational activities is guided by resort manager.Swimming costumes is compulsory & has to be taken from resort at extra cost.
• If any guest needs GST bill they need to inform us at the time of booking, then only can able to provide gst bill at checkout.
